The safety and well-being of our guests and renters are the top priority at the Mountain West Institute. Our renters can expect safety precautions such as a mask requirement, screenings, social distancing and more. Read on to learn more about our safety procedures or contact Jill Kingen at (303) 957-3274 or events@mddsdentist.com to learn more.

Signage
Clear signage at the entrance and throughout the building set the expectation for screenings, social distancing and proper hand hygiene.

Face Coverings
The state of Colorado mandates that masks be worn in public places for those over 10 years old. This is enforced upon entry of our building and throughout. Acceptable face coverings include surgical masks and cloth masks. They must cover both the mouth and nose.

Temperature Check & Screening Questions
Upon entry into MWI all guests will be asked screening questions and have their temperature taken in accordance with CDC guidelines. Click here for sample screening questions.

Social Distancing
Floor stickers and signage provide guidance on social distance. All meeting room configurations have been updated to abide by local social distancing ordinances and room capacities have been adjusted accordingly. Click here to see updated room layouts and capacities.

Hand Hygiene
Hand hygiene stations with 60% alcohol hand sanitizer are available at the entrance and in all meeting rooms. Signage is also posted encouraging proper hand hygiene.

Cleaning
Enhanced cleaning measures are taken by the MWI contracted cleaning company before and after every group as well as each night during an event. In addition, high-touch points such as doorknobs, countertops and restrooms are wiped down with disinfectant regularly throughout the day.

Air Purifier
Our Aerus air purifier is FDA approved and effective at removing over 99% of air contaminants from the air including bacteria and viruses. Learn more about the technology here.
