The MWDI offers a variety of conference room facilities. Full-day and half-day rentals are available, seven days a week. Rental fees include only the time specified in the contract. If additional set-up/break-down time is required, fees for that time will be applied in half-day increments. There is no guarantee of space availability for set-up/break-down outside of contracted time. We prefer a 30-day advanced notice for all room reservations. MDDS member dentists receive a 15% discount on rental rates. Vendors receive 15% discount when reserving 3+ full rental days at once.*

MWDI CE Clinic

Each dental station includes air, water, delivery system, handpieces, curing light, stools, patient dental chairs and patient monitors. Each station also includes electrical connections, USB connections, CPU, monitor, keyboard and mouse. No hourly rate/reservations due to clean up/sanitation requirements following station use, which may include bio disposal. Available with clinic rental:

All rentals include A/V* and free Wi-fi. Each room has an HDMI and a VGA w/audio input (excluding 2D/3D imaging suite and wet lab). The MWDI also offers many free and additional charge items and services to enhance your event.

A 25% discount will apply on banquet hall rental with any auditorium or board room rental (cannot be combined with member discount).

A 15% discount will apply to MDDS members as well as those reserving (3) or more dates at a time.

All consumable must be supplied by the customer. All equipment will be checked out by responsible party and a credit card will be charged for any damaged or unreturned equipment.

*Only the auditoriums are equipped with wireless handheld and lavaliere microphones.
